About the Role

  • Responsible for formulation & execution of employee communication campaigns, leadership messaging and corporate announcements, short-form stories, infographics, support for executive presentations, videos. Content will be used internally, email announcements, newsletters, and town hall meetings.
  • Work within the Content Marketing Team and work closely with Graphic Designers to develop engaging communications for different media platforms.
  • Role will interface with multiple key subject matter experts within our businesses and communications team.
  • Should have hands on experience in planning, executing and measuring social and digital media campaigns for external platforms. 
  • Expertise in coordinating and working with Advertising, Public Relations, Digital firms/Media Production Houses will be an added advantage.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications,and channels.
  • Be responsible for executing the consistency of messages, tone of voice and brand identity in communication.
  • Responsibilities will also include the ability to analyse data and metrics on content performance to determine how we improve content creation and channel strategies.

  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have content creation and blogging experience.
  • You have painstaking attention to detail.
  • You are a collaborative team player.
  • You have high ownership and commitment to deliver results.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • You are well versed with recent trends and ideation of viral posts, gifs, memes and videos for specific social media platforms.
  • You are passionate about discovering new ways to engage with media and bring stories to life.
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience.
