Job Description-

  • An ideal candidate must have 1-3 Years of experience in recruitments.
  • Sourcing & Screening resumes for Non Tech Positions
  • Candidate will be handling bulk hiring .Will me managing Walk-in drives
  • Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments & projects
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved 

Ideal candidate-

  • Candidate must have 1-3 Years of work experience in Recruitments.
  • Extremely good with Coordination and Communication Skills
  • Highly Flexible and high on energy
  • Strong management skills 
  • Experience in Bulk Hiring /Volume handling willl be an added advantage
  • Candidate well versed with Regional language will be an added advantage
  • Must have ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts /projects and establish priorities.
