Job Description

The Call Centre Hiring Manager will act as a key point of contact between business , HRBP and existing employees and will be responsible for end to end ownership for the hiring of the PAN India hiring for our Call Centre Team across levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work very closely with the business team, to understand current team dynamics and strategise to drive weekly, monthly and quarterly targets 
  • Responsible for meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports and dashboards.
  • Provide guidance/expertise on channelising sourcing channels as per the need and demand.
  • Heavy participation  in recruiting events, campus and sourcing activities.
  • Dealing and managing  external consultants and vendors.
Job Requirements
  • 5-7  years of working in bulk hiring with at least 3 years of experience working as a Manager/Lead.
  • Any graduate, MBA in HR Preferred
