 About the Role-

 

Inventory Management

(a) Check on system for stock for all categories and update on stock out situation

(b) Conduct stock Audit in System and tally with warehouse

(c) Daily check on product movement from system and streamline inventory planning to fulfill orders by coordinating with concerned stakeholders. 

(d) monitoring non/ slow & fast moving items and prepare an action plan to maintain inventory as per guidelines

(e) ensure on non/ slow moving inventory not more than 5% of total inventory

(f) ensuring on time RTV and disposal for near to expire or expired, damaged goods.

(g) make sure writeoff inventory value is not more than 2% for particular month / FY.

Assist Seed (Field Crops) Category

(a)Check on system for stock for all products and update on stock out situation.

(b) Conduct stock Audit in System and tally with warehouse .

(c) Daily check on product movement from system and streamline inventory planning to fulfill orders by coordinating with concerned stakeholders.

Purchase Order

(a)Create/coordinate for new purchase order as per specification and booked order 

(b) Update system for stock replenishment and raise PO to fill the gap of demand V/s Supply 

(c) Close all ageing open POs d) coordinate with vendors & Wh team for order status, dispatch and inward.

Follow up

(a) following up vendors for documentation & stock updates

(b) Coordinate with warehouse team on stock receivable and tracking of all dispatch.

(c) Follow up with call center team on order status of stock in system.

App Content

Coordinate with the App & Content team to make live budgeted products on mobile App.


Ideal candidate-

  •  Candidates with minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Crop Protection & Seed companies. 
  •  Strong market & geography knowledge. (Agri space)
  •  Excellent in Microsoft Excel
  •  Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills 
  •  Excellent networking & relationship management skills.
  •  Business & financial acumen, ability to strategize. 
  •  Ability to work across functions, deep dive & execute. 
  •  Ready to travel extensively to rural locations.
  •  Extra Miler - Believer in Hard work 
  •  Self-Learner – Can learn quickly from anyone & everywhere
