Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper planning, execution and monitoring of sales, marketing and promotional activities for assigned Zone. Must have good knowledge of the periphery
  • Support Campaign team in running promotional activities for the territory along-with identifying the areas of focus for field campaign
  • Analyze market trends by regular survey and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing market penetration for maximizing sales in the Zone. Should have good knowledge of the crops of the state.
  • Ensure periodic analysis and should give suggestions to the management for introducing desirable changes for marketing and sales policies.
  • Ensure proper Inventory management and will be responsible for controlling and allocating the budget
  • Check on discounts and schemes available in the market and validate the same.
  • Should take initiatives in building own team, train them and maintain co-ordination among team
  • Should maintain relationship with other companies Sales Leads

As an ideal candidate, you will need:

  • A graduation degree in Agronomy
  • Atleast 4-5 years of experience in agri sales 
  • Must have experience of handling a team of 10 members or more
  • Should be open to travell within or outside the city
  • Looking for a passionate and aggresive sales person
