Job Description

The Campaign lead at AgroStar is an extremely critical role.  The campaign lead will play a pivotal role in driving AgroStar’s next leg of growth by enabling the business to achieve the customer, revenue and profitability objectives.  The key roles and responsibilities of the business are as described below:

  • Develop a solid campaign framework for AgroStar’s contact centre channel, which will act as a foundation to drive and support AgroStar’s next leg of growth
  • Build and execute customer acquisition plans month on month, working with key stakeholders of the business like Category, Agronomy and P&L teams.
  • Build strategy to drive repeat business and increase the ARPU of Agrostar’s existing customers by identifying and working on key customer cohorts   
  • Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing / seasonality led landscape to identify and prioritize the right set of opportunities
  • Own the ROI for all the campaigns to ensure that required growth is delivered in line with the campaign budgets
  • Positively impact the team by regularly contributing to the constant improvement of our systems, processes, and tools
  • Take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision

Desired Skills And Experience  

  • Strong understanding and experience of growth hacking
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience churning and making sense out of huge amounts of data. Additionally, should be comfortable working with and managing different metrics.
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Program management, relationship management, stakeholder management skills required. Strong ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail.
  • Team management capabilities

Postgraduate from a business school, with overall 5 to 10 years of work experience
