Our mission of ‘Helping Farmers Win’ is a tall task as we try to bring change and development to the grassroots of India. We need heroes who are dedicated to the mission, live the dream and drive it with passion. If that sounds like you, here’s more about the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the opportunity for store pre-launch activities like, banner promotion in villages, Flyers in Newspapers etc
  • Planning and execution of SMS campaigns/ Jeep Campaigns and Awareness / Lead generation campaigns.
  • Monthly field visit/BTL plan for a particular store, execution, effectiveness measurement and impact on sales.
  • In store promotion of products and services on the basis of season and crop eg- putting up standees, Arch gates etc
  • Coordination with store managers for any collateral requirement, designing & printing.
  • Planning and execution of other branding activities in the catchment of stores.
  • Managing store level Marketing material/ freebies inventory.
  • Monthly MIS stock and expense
  • Dist/taluka wise vendor coordination and on boarding to reduce the TAT.
  • Attending meetings and promotional events across states and initiating store- level promotion on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing/ Agri is a preferred requirement.
  • Minimum two (02) years of experience in Rural/Agri market (preferably Agri-retail industry)
  • A hustler and should be able to innovate creative ideas for branding and advertising.
  • Should be flexible in terms of travelling to different  locations.
  • Should have good command on speaking any two out of Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi  language
