About the role:

  • Monitor Last Mile Delivery Dispatches, Return Status.
  • Track the data in Excel Work closely with warehouse & Operations and make effective decisions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects works with team members to develop alternative solutions for improvements.
  • Ensure timely collection of amount receivables and incentive disbursement in coordination with Franchise partner & finance.
  • Required to make LMD expansions plan & identify areas/ Franchise which need improvement.
  • Support all Last mile delivery improvement initiatives.

  • Timely Collection Of Receivables

Must Have

  • 4-5 years of Logistics/ Supply Chain or Operations profile E- Commerce.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Technical Skill Set
  • Similarity with Logistics concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics gained through work experience or graduate level education.
  • Excellent with Ms Office skills. Prepare dashboard, reports & other MIS reports.
  • Excellent Data analytical skills Competencies Good Communication skills verbal & written. Excel Skills Team Player.
